I recently saw the screening of the new Captain America, The Winter Soldier. Oh my! I love all the Marvel movies… Avengers, Iron Man, etc… So this movie had some competition. I was very pleasantly surprised on everything about it. It had an amazing cast. Brought back Cobie Smulders, Scarlett Johansson and Samuel L. Jackson. Plus of course Captain America himself, Chris Evens. Plus one of my favorite actors who played a big part in the movie Robert Redford.
They did add some new characters and brought back some exciting surprises! Tons of adventure and did very well on the action scenes. With all Marvel movies they really do spend some great time on getting it “right”. I love how they all somehow tie in together but still are separate. I think that is why you will enjoy Captain America, The Winter Soldier because if you have seen any of the other films tied into this then you already know some of the characters You know the power that they have and what they can do but still be amazed because you don’t know where the story is going to take you. They seem to always surprise you… in which they did.
People of all ages will love this movie. It’s a super hero. Kids look up to and want to be Captain America for Halloween. Just wonderful!
**Tid bit: Always stay after the credits on Marvel movies… they always show something pretty cool for their upcoming movies that just leave you going… WOW!
